He received his undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore and his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans during the city’s recovery from Hurricane Katrina.He then went on to complete his ophthalmology residency at the Krieger Eye Institute in Baltimore, where he served as chief resident and was honoured for his excellence in patient care.Dr Levin practices comprehensive eye care and eye surgery with a particular interest in cataract, glaucoma, dry eye and ophthalmic plastic surgery.
