When can you exercise after LASIK?

IN THIS VIDEO, DR BEN CHOTINER DISCUSSES WHEN YOU CAN EXERCISE AFTER HAVING LASIK SURGERY.

It is best to avoid any activity that involves excessive sweating during the first few days following surgery. You should also avoid contact sports and swimming during the first couple of weeks.

Within a few days after surgery, our patients enjoy many activities, including bicycling and golfing. They can really begin to enjoy the benefits of their laser procedure.
